We stay 6 nights at the lovely Honeymoon Guesthouse in Ubud with beautifully furnished guest rooms, swimming pool and healthy in-house cafe located within walking distance to the many vibrant galleries, museums, temples, markets and restuarants.

Each day on retreat is an inspired journey of morning Radiance Yoga, afternoon Restoration Yoga, deluxe spa treatments at Bali’s most award winning 5-star Spa’s, scenic guided walks, yoga nidra, meditation, cultural journeys and other healing art classes for inspiration and renewal.

Everyone is welcome and well cared for with lots of one-on-one attention, nourishing adjustments and support. Many people join this retreat on their own and can either book a Single Room or share with another participant. Our hotel driver meets you at the airport for an easy transition into the retreat.

About the Spa Journeys

About the Spa Journeys: the 3 Spa Journey days are to Bali’s most award winning Spa Destinations – each one completely different to the other and amazing for their deluxe treatment experiences as well for their stunning locations, beauty and unique ambience. One days Spa Journey includes a 1.5 hour treatment journey in a private river side Spa Villa followed by a delicious 3 course spa lunch and pool time. Another journey offers a 1hour treatment of your choice in a private 6 star Spa Villa followed by 2 hours in the Spa Garden with pool, Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, plunge pool and a Spa Lunch. The third journey is to Bali’s most award winning healing spa with a 1 hour river side massage and relaxation time by the river and stunning pool followed by an ancient Indian fire side ceremony for healing, peace and cleansing. All these Spa Journeys are chosen for their beautiful and unique offerings that take you into another world – and to another level of relaxation…

About the yoga

Jessie has been offering the Radiance Bali Yoga Spa Wellness Retreat since 2002. Jessie’s Radiance Yoga Classes combine gentle warm up sequences moving through the postures with breath awareness plus holding in postures longer to build strength, stability and alignment. Many variations of the postures are given so people can practice according to their experience, physical condition and individual needs. Yoga props are often used to go deeper and to experience complete relaxation and renewal – especially in Jessie’s afternoon Restoration Yoga Classes where the focus is on deep rest, support and relaxation. The Yoga classes are taught by Jessie Chapman and are suitable for the complete beginner to the long term practitioner. Lee will be assisting throughout the retreat giving adjustments and one on one attention in the yoga classes and guiding the walks and spa journey’s with Jessie so everyone is well cared for. About the Honeymoon Guesthouse & Ubud

Our hotel is located in Ubud, 1 hour north west of Seminyak and the international airport. Ubud is known as the artists region of Bali and is brimming with temples, art galleries, museums, artisian shops and culture and offers a plethora of traditional Balinese dance and music performances most evenings in the temples and cultural spaces. All guest rooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms and are either aircon or fan cooled. There is a lovely swimming pool, in-house spa treatment room, cafe, bar and free wi-fi.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival Day: Airport pick – or hotel pick in Seminyak or Ubud regions – is included whether arriving on the first day or the night before. Room check-in time if arriving on the day the retreat starts is available from 2 pm however feel free to arrive earlier in the day and use the pool, cafe, spa and other facilities. Some people opt to arrive the night before the retreat starts which allows extra time to relax, settle in and adjust to time zone before we begin our retreat. The first yoga class and group welcome circle is at 4 pm followed by a shared welcome dinner at 7 pm.

Departure Day: On our last day we have morning yoga until 9 am followed by our farewell breakfast before the retreat comes to a close. Room check-out is at 12 pm however feel free to stay longer and leave your bags at reception and use the hotel facilities. As most flights leave Bali in the evening you may opt to book a late room check-out – let us know if you require this and we can check if one is available. Airport transfers on the last day/evening are included and we often travel to the airport together.

Extra Accommodation

Extra accommodation is available before and after the retreat. Please email us the dates you’d like extra nights booked. It’s best to do this at your soonest so we can reserve the same room you are in for the retreat. Extra nights are reserved through us and paid by you direct to the hotel upon retreat check-out.

How to Get There

Fly into Bali’s Denpasar International Airport (DPS) from many airports. You can check all available flights from anywhere in the world using www.skyscanner.net Airport pick-up is included in the retreat price. Once your flight is booked email us your arrival time and flight number and a Honeymoon driver will meet you. Upon registration a letter with full retreat getting there and other information is emailed to you.
