Between retreats Jessie is based in Byron Bay where she offers one-on-one and small group yoga classes tailored to your individual needs and experience levels. Jessie works across a range of yoga styles and will often combine elements from different practices with attention to correct alignment and postural awareness throughout. All sessions include guided breath awareness and moments in stillness. Classes are held at your accommodation, in a studio, or outdoors in nature. Yoga mats and props are provided.
Private classes are also available online via Zoom if outside the Byron Shire.

Live Online Classes Via Zoom
If you’ve been on a Radiance Retreat before, Jessie offers a weekly led yoga practice via Zoom every Tuesday 8:00 – 9:00 am (AEST) – a lovely way to keep up your yoga practice and stay connected between retreats. Each week has a different focus and may include gentle flowing sequences with breath awareness, working in postures deeper, core stability, inversions, stillness and restoration.
Jessie offers guidance and instruction throughout, with some interactive feedback where possible – depending on whether she can see you on your mat.
What you need: a yoga mat, any props you have available, and access to a wall space for Legs Up the Wall and arm balance work.
