6 Night Atlantique Pyrenees, Southwest France Retreat
with Jessie Chapman & facilitators
OCTOBER 2026: Friday 2 – Thursday 8
OCTOBER 2026:
Saturday 10 – Friday 16

Set high in the Atlantique Pyrenees, our France Yoga Hike Restore Retreat brings together yoga, stunning autumn hiking, and deep restoration in picturesque mountain surrounds. Jessie has been leading yoga retreats France since 2008, bringing her love of yoga and this beautiful, wild, and expansive landscape into every detail of the experience.

We stay in a cute family-run French Maison, with hiking trails right at our doorstep. Mornings begin with a dedicated yoga practice followed by a hearty breakfast. Days are spent breathing fresh mountain air, exploring high valleys, forest trails, ancient landscapes, and traditional Pyrenean mountain village life that feels like stepping back in time. Afternoons return to deep restoration yoga, home-cooked vegetarian meals, and evening guided relaxation before a good night’s sleep.

This small group yoga retreat France is a breath of fresh air and space to slow down, reconnect, and be renewed by the great outdoors. Yoga classes cater to all levels – from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners – with an abundance of guidance, adjustments, and care from Jessie and facilitators.

Yoga, Restoration & Stillness

Each day on our yoga retreats France is centred around morning and afternoon yoga, combined with guided hiking through breathtaking mountain landscapes. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, with an abundance of guidance from Jessie and her facilitator throughout.

Jessie’s morning yoga classes combine gentle flowing sequences with breath awareness, along with holding postures longer to cultivate alignment, flexibility, and strength. Whether you’re looking for a more dynamic practice or to move gently and restore deeply – each class meets you where you are, with variations and modifications for different energy levels and needs. Afternoon classes are restorative yoga to gently stretch out after the day’s hiking and to deeply relax, slow the body’s systems, and replenish natural energy levels. Yoga props are used and guests receive an abundance of guidance and adjustments from Jessie and Jacinta. Evening classes include yoga nidra and pranayama – guided relaxation and breathing before bed to promote deep, restful sleep.

Jessie and Jacinta bring a deep love of yoga and care for each guest’s practice – meeting everyone where they are and ensuring everyone feels supported and well looked after throughout the retreat.

Hiking Trails

Each day on our France yoga retreat we set out on a scenic hiking adventure directly from our accommodation. Hiking trails average 5–12 km per day depending on the elevation, with plenty of opportunities to rest and take in the views along the way. We explore a mix of gentle walks, moderate trails, and more challenging mountain hikes – with options to suit different energy levels and abilities.

Parts of all our hikes are enjoyed in silence allowing time to fully absorb the sights, sounds, and spaciousness of the mountain surroundings. Guests who prefer an easier pace are welcome to join part of a walk and return on the well-marked trails, or simply take a rest day and enjoy the village surrounds. Full hiking details and a what-to-bring list for your France yoga retreat are emailed upon registration.

You can view clips from previous France yoga retreats on the Radiance YouTube Channel.
