Each day on our Italy yoga retreat is centred around morning and afternoon yoga, combined with guided walking tours through stunning landscapes and historical towns. All classes are suitable for every level, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Guests receive individual guidance and hands-on adjustments from Jessie and facilitators, with props provided throughout.
Jessie’s morning classes combine gentle flowing sequences with breath awareness and longer held postures to cultivate strength, flexibility, correct alignment, and awareness. Afternoons are restorative yoga, a slower, quieter practice to deeply rest the body, slow the body’s systems, and replenish natural energy levels. As evening falls, yoga nidra and pranayama guide you into stillness, calming the mind and nervous system for deep, restful sleep.
