Join Jessie Chapman and facilitators for an abundant Yoga And Wellness Retreats In Bali and staying six nights at the lovely Honeymoon Guesthouse in Ubud. Each day on retreat is an inspired journey of twice daily yoga practice, luxurious spa treatments, scenic walks, restoration, core strength, meditation, yoga nidra and other healing art classes for deep relaxation and vibrant renewal in colourful surrounds.
Everyone is welcome and well cared for by Jessie and the experienced Radiance facilitators. The yoga classes are designed for all, from the complete beginner to those with a regular practice, with lots of nourishing one-on-one yoga adjustments and instruction.
Daily Program - Yoga And Wellness Retreats In Bali
7 am: Inspirational morning yoga practice
9 am: Fresh juice & delicious Honeymoon breakfast
10.30 am: 5-Star Spa Journey Day / scenic walk / rest / swim
1 pm: Spa lunch or at the cafe

Our Spa Journey days are to Bali’s most award-winning 5-star Spa Destinations – each one completely different to the other with deluxe treatments in stunning locations. One days Spa Journey includes a treatment in a private river side Spa Villa, a delicious 3 course spa lunch and pool time. Another journey offers a treatment of your choice in a private 6-star Spa Villa followed by 2 hours in the Spa Garden with pool, Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, plunge pool and a Spa Lunch. The third journey is to Bali’s most award-winning healing spa with a river side massage, relaxation time by the stunning pool followed by an Agni Hotra fire side ceremony for healing and cleansing and a delicious spa dinner. Your retreat hosts are Jessie Chapman and facilitators. Jessie has been offering Yoga And Wellness Retreats In Bali, Asia, New Zealand and Europe for over 20 years. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years and is the author of 4 Yoga Books including Yoga Postures for your Body, Mind & Soul (HarperCollins) and the Radiance Yoga Series, Jessie loves sharing the transformational yoga retreat journey, creating space for people to deepen in yoga and to be inspired in beautiful natural surrounds. Yoga, Restoration & Stillness
The morning yoga classes are an inspired journey of stillness and breath awareness, full body loosening and joint limbering, gentle warm-up vinyasa yoga sequences, core awareness and yoga posture practice to cultivate flexibility, strength, stability, alignment and awareness. Lots of one-on-one yoga adjustments and instruction is given with modifications and props used where needed.
The afternoon yoga classes combine gentle stretching and opening along with deep rest and restoration yoga, relaxing the nervous system and whole body and restoring energy levels. Restoration yoga naturally cultivates relaxed full breathing, stillness and connection.
Other yoga practices and classes throughout the retreat include the Core Strength, Guided Sitting in Stillness, Pranayama and Slow Mindful Walking along with evening Yoga Nidra.

Accommodation & Location
We stay 6 nights at our ‘home away from home’ at the lovely Honeymoon Guesthouse in Ubud with beautifully furnished guest rooms, swimming pools, lush tropical gardens, delicious in-house cafe, in-house spa and wi-fi. Located within easy walking distance to Ubud’s vibrant galleries, museums, temples, markets, cafes, restaurants and scenic walks, Yoga And Wellness Retreats In Bali is a heart opening feast for the senses. Guests can either be picked up from the airport or their accommodation for easy transition to our retreat. All guest rooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms, aircon or fan cooled, bar fridge and filtered drinking water.
Getting There, Arrival & Departure, Extra Night
Our driver picks guests up from Bali’s International Airport (DPS) or their hotel in the Seminyak or Ubud region, for easy transition to our accommodation.
Arrival Day: Room check-in is available from 2 pm however feel free to arrive earlier in the day and use the pool, cafe, spa and other facilities. The first yoga class and group welcome circle is at 4 pm followed by a welcome dinner at 7 pm and then evening Yoga Nidra.
Departure Day: On our last day morning yoga is until 9 am followed by our farewell breakfast and then the retreat comes to an end. Room check-out is at 12 pm however feel free to leave your bags at reception and use the hotel facilities. As most flights leave Bali in the evening you may opt to book a late room check-out – let us know if you require this and we can check if one is available. Airport transfers on the last day/evening are included and we often travel to the airport together.
Upon registration a letter with full retreat and ‘getting there’ information is emailed to you.
Extra Nights’ Accommodation: Many guests opt to arrive a day earlier to allow extra time to relax, settle in and adjust to the time zone before we begin our retreat. Please let us know if you would like to book any extra nights before or after the retreat.
