Our Radiance yoga retreat Bali includes 6 nights Ubud accommodation, quality morning and afternoon yoga and restoration with personalised guidance and adjustments throughout, three deeply nourishing and unique spa wellness journeys at award-winning spa destinations, guided relaxation practices, guided walks, Balinese cultural experiences, and plenty of time to simply rest.
This is a small group retreat suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Come and relax, develop your yoga practice, restore your energy, indulge in luxurious spa days, and be well taken care of by the experienced Radiance team.
The Daily Retreat Journey
Wake up to another day of yoga and relaxation

Spa Wellness Journeys
Our Bali yoga retreat includes three Spa Wellness Journeys, each at a different celebrated spa destination. Every journey is unique, combining holistic spa treatments in beautiful garden and riverside settings with delicious wellness cuisine, Balinese purification rituals, and cleansing wellness experiences. The elements of nature, and the different setting of each experience leave guests feeling deeply rested, radiant and restored.
Accommodation - Bali Yoga Retreat
For our Bali yoga retreat we stay at the Honeymoon Guesthouse in Ubud, with colourful tropical gardens, a swimming pool, an in-house spa, and the Honeymoon Kitchen, where you can enjoy fresh juices, coffee, and nourishing meals throughout the day. Each guest room is unique and equipped with an ensuite, air-conditioning or fan cooling, tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge, filtered water, and wi-fi.
Set within bustling Ubud, with an abundance of nearby cafés, museums, galleries, temples, shops, and markets to explore, the guesthouse provides a welcoming and comfortable base for our Bali yoga retreat. The warmth of the Balinese people is felt through the generous Honeymoon Guesthouse family, who, combined with the dedication and care of the Radiance team, make your stay feel like a home away from home.
Ubud has long been known as the artistic and spiritual heart of Bali, and is a hive of activity and creativity that continues to draw people from all over the world and all walks of life. The Honeymoon Guesthouse is open to guests outside our retreat group, so if you have a partner, family member, or friend who’d like to join you for a holiday in Ubud without participating in our retreat program, please get in touch with any questions.

Retreat Hosts
Your Bali yoga retreat hosts are Jessie Chapman and facilitators who’ve been sharing inspirational radiance yoga spa wellness retreat journey in Bali since 2002.
Jessie has been teaching yoga since 1997 and is passionate about yoga as a nourishing tool for life – in particular restorative yoga to replenish the body’s systems, quieten the mind, and cultivate emotional stability. She is the author of four yoga books (HarperCollins) including the bestseller Yoga Postures for Your Body, Mind & Soul and co-creator of the Radiance Yoga DVD Series.
Lee Purdie joins Jessie assisting on the Bali yoga retreats and has been part of the Radiance family since 2006, bringing warmth, yoga adjustments, and genuine care to every class and every day. Lee also joins Jessie guiding walks throughout the week and brings her love of movement and connection to the whole retreat experience. Meet the team >.
Yoga, Restoration & Stillness - Bali Yoga Retreat
Each day on our yoga retreats Bali is centred around morning and afternoon yoga and restoration, with guided walks, cultural experiences, and spa wellness journeys woven throughout the week. All classes are suitable for every level – from complete beginners to those with an established practice.
Jessie’s morning classes combine joint limbering, relaxed full breathing, gentle flowing sequences, and holding postures to cultivate flexibility, strength, core stability, balance, and awareness. Classes offer variations to suit different energy levels and physical conditions, with a focus on correct alignment and one-on-one guidance and adjustments from Jessie and facilitators.
Afternoon classes are deeply restorative yoga – a quieter, slower practice to rest the body’s systems, rebuild energy levels, and replenish natural vitality. Some evening’s include yoga nidra, meditation, and pranayama – guided relaxation, breathing and stillness to promote deep sleep.
Arrival & Departure - Bali Yoga Retreat
Getting Here Return airport transfers are included as part of your Bali yoga retreat. Our driver picks guests up from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) or from hotels in the Seminyak or Ubud areas for a smooth and relaxed start to the retreat.
Arrival Day Room check-in is from 2:00 pm, but guests are welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the pool, café, spa, and other facilities. Our first yoga class and welcome circle is at 4:00 pm, followed by a welcome dinner at 7:00 pm and an evening yoga nidra to help you fully settle in.
Departure Day On our final morning yoga finishes at 9:00 am, followed by a farewell breakfast. Check-out is at 12:00 pm, but guests are welcome to leave bags at reception and continue enjoying the facilities. As many flights depart Bali later in the evening, late check-out can often be arranged – just let us know. Group airport transfers on departure day are included.
Extra Nights Many guests choose to arrive a day early or stay a little longer to settle into Bali’s tropical rhythm. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange additional nights before or after the retreat.

Our yoga retreats Bali welcome all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Classes are taught with individual attention and care, with variations and modifications so everyone is well looked after and appropriately challenged according to their energy levels and individual needs.
Each Bali yoga retreat includes three full Spa Wellness Journey days – each at a different celebrated Balinese wellness destination. Every journey includes a spa treatment along with a mix of Balinese purification rituals, cultural experiences, and time in beautiful tropical surroundings.
Return airport transfers are included as part of your yoga retreat Bali Indonesia. Our driver picks guests up from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) or from hotels in the Seminyak or Ubud areas. The drive to Ubud takes approximately one hour. Full arrival details are provided upon registration.
We recommend comfortable yoga wear, casual clothing, light walking shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen, and any personal toiletries. All yoga mats and props are provided. The guesthouse has a laundry service and Ubud has a range of markets and shops for clothing, yoga wear, sarongs, and hats.
