Frequently Asked Questions – Live Yoga Classes with Jessie Chapman
Jessie makes available the live weekly via zoom for anyone who has been on a Radiance Retreat before. Please email Jessie if unsure of your suitability to join these classes.
You will your yoga mat and whatever yoga props you have access to. We will also use a wall space during most classes. If possible set yourself up so you have access to a clear wall space to practice inversions and or Legs Up the Wall, Shoulder Stands, Arm Balances, etc. Jessie will usually include some form of inversion in each class. If you decide not to do inversion practice Jessie will give you an alternative to work towards the practice. Also have with you any yoga props you have available.
