Online Yoga Classes with Jessie

Jessie’s online yoga classes offer a variety of yoga practices to inspire, energise, relax and connect. There are currently over 35 online yoga classes in the yoga video library, which were filmed at Jessie’s home in Byron Bay, Australia in 2022 and were specifically designed to be practiced without yoga props however feel free to add them where needed.  The yoga classes online include Release Computer Tension, Deep Stretch & Tone, Vinyasa Core Strength, Handstand Practice, Cleanse & Energise as well as a Yoga Posture in Focus section.
