Jessie’s online yoga classes offer a variety of yoga practices to relax, restore, energise and inspire. There are currently over 35 online yoga classes in the yoga sequence video library, which were filmed at Jessie’s home in Byron Bay, Australia. The online yoga classes include a wide variety of sequences including Strength & Core, Release Computer Tension, Deep Stretch & Tone, Vinyasa Core Strength, Handstand Practice, Cleanse & Energise and more. The classes are taught without yoga props however feel free to use yoga props where needed for added support.
