Online yoga classes with Jessie Chapman are a library of yoga video classes guided by Jessie that can be practiced anytime in the comfort of your own home. With a wide variety of practices to choose from, Jessie’s online yoga classes are designed to suit those new to yoga and people with a regular practice. Offering a mix of sequences in different styles, the online yoga classes include guided relaxation and restoration yoga practices, gentle flowing vinyasa yoga sequences, dynamic yoga along with ‘posture in focus’, workshop style classes where we delve deeper into a particular asana and explore different ways to be in the posture, with preparation postures and modifications explored to work with awareness towards the full posture; such as in the Handstand Practice classes.

In 2020 Jessie was asked to design online yoga classes to be made accessible for people staying in hotels after returning abroad and without access to yoga props or the ability to leave re the quarantine restrictions. These online yoga classes are what Jessie filmed during those times and she has since been adding new classes to the collection.
More about Jessie: Jessie lives in Byron Bay where she offers Radiance Retreats along with Byron Bay yoga classes. Jessie has been teaching yoga for 27 years and offering Radiance Retreats since 2002. Jessie loves to share the transformational power of yoga practice, restoration and stillness and creating space for people to relax, connect within and develop their yoga practice. Having grown up in an alternative environment in the hinterland of Byron Bay, yoga and the healing arts were a natural part of Jessie’s life. She was first introduced to yoga as a teenager practicing Yoga Nidra with her mother and attending Satyananda yoga classes and retreats. “At 21 I remember attending a friends Hatha yoga class, it was a profound and life changing experience. I fell in love with exploring the many and varied yoga postures, the physical sensation of stretching, challenging and awakening my body. My breathing improved and there was an immediate shift in my state of mind. A feeling of calm and inner peace washed over me and I knew that yoga would become a natural part of my life”.
Becoming a fully qualified teacher in 1997, Jessie continues to teach yoga and to study under many leading teachers, particularly in the Iyengar yoga method. With a passion for yoga, travel, writing, adventure and nature, in 2002 Jessie ran her first Radiance Yoga Wellness Retreat in Bali. Today Radiance Retreats are held year round in Australia, Asia, New Zealand and Europe. Jessie is the author of 4 yoga books (HarperCollins Publishers AUS & Ulysses Press USA) including the Australian bestseller ‘Yoga Postures for your Body, Mind & Soul‘; ‘Yoga Sequences for your Body Mind & Soul’; ‘Partner Yoga for your Body, Mind & Soul’; ‘Yoga for Inner Strength‘ and ‘Healthy Travel’ (Published by Choice) and created the series of 3 Radiance Yoga DVD’sfor at home practice filmed on the beaches around Byron Bay.
